Found this video over at engagedchurches.com while researching my dissertation. This ministry is related to the Gallup Organization. They're the folks who developed the StrengthsFinder assessment tool. I really liked the title of the video, watch it and see how discovering your strengths can help you find your niche.


So, tomorrow, heading to Houston for a Church Immersion event. No, not getting re-baptized, but we are being exposed to a variety of highly effective ministries and entering dialogue with some pretty amazing church leaders. I'm pretty excited. You can check out the list of churches we'll be visiting this weekend in the order in which we will visit or interact with:
