In a classroom of high school students, a teacher asked, “If were in possession of $86,400.00 and someone took $10.00 would you throw away the $86,390.00 to try and reclaim the $10.00? Or, would you let it go?” The students all said they’d let it go.

Then she told them, “You have 86,400 seconds every single day. Time is more valuable than money, and once a second passes, it can never be recovered. Every time someone upsets you, it probably took about 10 seconds. Why, then, do we throw away the other 86,390 seconds worrying about it or being upset. We need to start letting little things go.”

Don’t let the haters and detractors rob you of the joy you have in Christ. Learn to let it go and turn to the Lord for healing and strength. Life is so worth it!
